Remo D’Souza is an Indian Dancer, Actor, Choreographer and a film Director. He has judged many famous reality shows like “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” and “Dance Plus“. He is currently appearing as a judge on the reality show “Dance Champions”. He made his directional debut through the movie “F.A.L.T.U” which was a moderate success at the box office. Remo D’Souza Details
Remo D’Souza’s birth name is Ramesh Gopi Nair. He hails from Olavakkode, Palakkad, Kerala and was born in Bangalore on April 2, 1974. His father’s name is Gopi who is a Chef in the Indian Air Force and his mother is Madhvi Laxmi. Remo D’Souza did his schooling at Air Force School, Jamnagar, Gujarat. During his school days, He was an athlete and has won many prizes as well. Remo D’Souza is married to Lizelle who is a Costume designer for many Television shows. They have two sons Dhruv and Gabriel.

Remo made India’s first 3D Dance movie called “ABCD – AnyBody Can Dance” with the contestants of Dance India Dance’s season 1 and season 2. The movie also featured Prabhu Deva and Lauren Gottlieb in the lead role. Following the success of ABCD, he started to direct his second movie “ABCD 2” with Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhu Deva playing the lead roles. Apart from directing, Remo has choreographed many movies.
