Aishwarya Arjun was born on 10 February 1990 in Bangalore, Karnataka. She completed her schooling from Sacred Heart, Church Park in Chennai and graduated in Bachelor of Commerce degree from Stella Maris College, Chennai. Later, she pursued a Fashion degree at Birmingham City University in the United Kingdom.

In 2013, she made her acting debut in the Tamil film Pattathu Yaanai. She is the daughter of Tamil actor and director Arjun Sarja and former actress Niveditha Arjun. She has a younger sister named Anjana. Her grandfather Shakti Prasad was also a popular actor in Kannada.
