Thangalaan is the upcoming Chiyaan Vikram movie directed by Pa. Ranjith. The film also features Pasupathy, Malavika Mohanan, and Parvathy Thiruvothu in crucial roles. It is a big-budget action film shot in both 2D and 3D. The film is based on true events that narrate the story of the Kolar gold mines during the pre-independence era. GV Prakash composes the music and background for the film. As per sources, the film is expected to release on or before Mid-2023.
