Maanavan is the upcoming Tamil movie written and directed by SLS Henry. It stars actor Kathir and Master Mahendran in the lead roles. Saravanan Arunparthiban bankrolled the movie under the banner of Fortunee Studios and Eminent Entertainment. Ghibran composed the songs and background scores, while Vishnu Edavan penned the lyrics. It is the second movie for the director SLS Henry after the hit of Iyalvathu Karavel.

On 9 January 2024, the motion poster for this movie was released on Twitter and received an amazing response from the audience and critics. In this film, Kathir is an outcast who always stands up for students’ rights. Based on the motion poster, this film might revolve around caste discrimination among youngsters.
