Thug Life is an upcoming gangster drama helmed by ace director Mani Ratnam. The scripts and dialogues were jointly written by Jeyamohan along with Mani Ratnam. The movie casts Kamal Haasan in the lead role with Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Dulquer Salmaan, Abhirami, Nasser, and others in prominent roles. The film was bankrolled under the banners of Raaj Kamal Films International, Madras Talkies, & Red Giant Movies. Isai Puyal AR Rahman composed the music and background scores.

After 35 years, the evergreen combo Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam joined hands together in KH234 (Thug Life) after the Nayakan movie in 1987. The title of the film was unveiled today (November 6, 2023) by Kamal Haasan at 5 PM on his social media.

Trisha is going to share the screen with Kamal Haasan for the third time after Thoonga Vanam and Manmadhan Ambu. The crowd is eagerly waiting for Kamal Haasan, Jayam Ravi, and Dulquer Salmaan to share the screen for the first time.
