Yugendren Vasudevan is one of the popular actors and a singer in the Indian film industry. He is the son of legendary playback singer and actor Malaysia Vasudevan. He started his career in the music industry as a Mridangamist and turned into a singer. He debuted as a playback singer in the movie Rojavanam, singing the Pollaachi Santhaiyile song. He has sung many songs in South languages like Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu. He worked with many top music directors like Illayaraja, AR Rahman, Yuvan Shankar Raja, and many more.
Yugendran Vasudevan started his career as an actor with his debutant movie, Poovellam Un Vasam, directed by Ezhilmaaran. He also featured in TV serials like Savithree, Megala, Kolangal, and Idhayam. His latest movie as an actor was Vizha, Yuddhan Sei, and Rajadhi Raja.
He also hosted many musical programs telecasted on TV channels like Jaya TV, Sun TV, and VJ TV. Now, he is one of the contestants in Bigg Boss Tamil Season 7 hosted by Kamal Hassan.
