Russo Brothers Develops Dhanush’s Avik San Character From The Gray Man

The Gray Man movie promotions are in full swing, the preview show in India happened today in Mumbai. Actor Dhanush was seen in traditional outfits (White shirt and dhoti) with some Indian celebs like Vicky Kaushal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Alaya F, Elan, and many others.

In an interview, Anthony and Joe Russo said that there is a chance to make a prequel to Dhanush’s Avik San character as they get impressed with the performance of the actor in The Gray Man. Talking about the character, Dhanush said, “Avik San comes from a very poor background and he’s worked his way up to being the best of the best at what he does. He’s an assassin and a brutal murderer but he has his own ethics and he doesn’t like to kill unnecessarily. At his core, he’s a man of honor.” Joe Russo added that Dhanush will be a part of The Gray Man 2 project.

Released on Netflix, the film is all set to stream online from July 2022. Based on the novel ‘The Gray Man’, the film also stars Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, and Ana de Armas in the main roles. Dhanush is said to be playing the powerful antagonist (Lethal Force) as a freelance assassin.
