Director Shankar and Thalapathy Vijay Set to Reunite for a Blockbuster Political Thriller

Director Shankar and Thalapathy Vijay are set to reunion after 12 years since “Nanban.” The upcoming film, tentatively titled “Thalapathy 69” or “Thalapathy 70,” is set to be a hard-hitting political thriller. Vijay has approved the one-liner shared by Shankar. Fans eagerly await this highly anticipated collaboration.

While the director is currently occupied with prior commitments, including his much-awaited film Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2 and Ram Charan’s Game Changer, Shankar plans to commence scripting for this Vijay-starrer in the first half of 2024.
