Rebel Movie (2023): Cast, Trailer, OTT, Songs, Release Date

Rebel is the latest Tamil movie starring GV Prakash Kumar in the lead role. The film was directed by debutant Nikesh and it was jointly produced by KE Gananvelraja & C V Kumar. The film also cast Mamitha Baiju, Venkitesh VP, Shalu Rahim, Karunas, Adhithya Baskar, and others in supporting roles. GV Prakash himself composed music for the film.

The project was launched on 2nd December 2021 in front of happening director Pa Ranjith and actor Aari. The new teaser shows a glimpse of GV Prakash being the rebel in the fight for Tamil people who were treated less than slaves in Kerala.

Storyline

The story revolves around a young Rebel who found his people and died at the hands of enemies. In the film, GV Prakash is a Tamilian who migrated to Kerala during his parent’s time. Due to the language difference, Tamil people are always the targets of the locals. His rebellion against the local society is the main crux.

Release Date

As per sources, the film is slated to release in theaters at the end of December 2023.
