Vasan was recently arrested for rash driving and attempting to wheelie on the service road of the Chennai-Vellore national highway on 17 September 2023. The video footage went viral on social media, and the police charged him under the Motor Vehicle Act 1988 and Act 1989.

Also, the Tamil Nadu Transport Department has canceled the license of TTF Vasan for a period of 10 years. The first bail of the TTF Vasan has been rejected by the High Court. And now (1 November 2023), he got bail in Madras High Court. Along with the bail, the court has summoned the block of his YouTube channel, Twin Throttlers, which promotes rash driving and misguides youngsters.
