How to Permanently Delete Your Booksy Account

Booksy doesn’t offer the delete feature so users to delete their accounts by themselves.
You must contact the Support team by email or phone to delete your Booksy account.

Booksy is one of the popular booking apps, useful for making appointments. If you have created the Booksy account and are unsatisfied with the service, you can request the Support team to delete it, as the platform doesn’t offer the direct feature to remove your account.

How to Delete Your Booksy Account

You can contact the Booksy Support team to take down your account in three ways.

Delete Booksy Account via Email

1. Open the default email app on the desktop or mobile.

2. Start composing an email to Booksy – [email protected].

3. Explain the reason for deleting your account and include the necessary details, like your Profile ID, mobile number, etc.

4. Mail to Booksy. You will receive confirmation regarding your account deletion within a few business days.

Delete Booksy Account on the Website

Like the mobile app, Booksy doesn’t offer the feature to remove your account on the website. The only way to delete it is by sending a request through the Contact Form.

1. Ensure you have logged in to your Booksy account.

2. Visit the Booksy Contact Page.

3. Enter your name and email address associated with the Booksy account.

4. In the Message box, request for deletion by explaining the valid reason (also include necessary details).

5. Verify the captcha and click Send Message.

Delete Booksy Account Through Phone Call

The alternative and the quickest way to delete your Booksy account is by contacting the Customer Rep through the Helpline number.

Contact the Customer Rep via the Helpline number +1(206)735-3553 and request account deletion. Before you contact, keep the necessary details handy, such as user ID, email ID, account name, etc.

Upon your request, your account will be canceled promptly.

How to Delete Booksy Business Account

In the case of a Booksy Business (Biz) account, you can contact live support on the website and app to delete your account. However, you must cancel the subscription/free trial before removing the account from the platform.

1. Go to the Booksy Business account on the browser.

2. Click Business Settings on the left.

3. Further, click Subscription & Billing under it.

4. Click Cancel Subscription.

We suggest canceling your subscription before the auto-renewal date to avoid charges.

If you have purchased through the Booksy app, you can cancel it from the respective app stores.

Google Play Store: Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Booksy Biz → Cancel Subscription → Cancel.

Delete Booksy Business Account on the Website

If you hold a business account, you must request Booksy Support to remove the account.

1. If you use a browser, log in to your Booksy account, and click Help (Question icon) on the left.

2. Click Support. You can see the chat box on the right.

3. You can initiate the chat and request deletion by providing the account details.

Delete Booksy Business Account on Mobile App

Like browser, you can delete the account from the mobile app by contacting support.

1. Open the Booksy business app and tap the Profile icon.

2. Tap Settings and navigate to the Help Center.

3. Tap Help Chat.

4. You will get in contact with the Support team member.

5. Request for deletion, and the account will be deleted within a few business hours/days.
