Annapoorani is the latest Tamil comedy movie directed by Nilesh Krishna. Jai and lady superstar Nayanthara are the protagonists, with Sathyaraj, Achyuth Kumar, KS Ravikumar, and Redin Kingsley playing the vital roles. Thaman S scored the songs and background music. Jatin Sethi bankrolled the film under the Zee Studios, Trident Arts, and Naad SStudios produced house.

Nayanthara and Jai are again joining their hands after the Raja Rani movie. Annapoorani marks the 75th film of the Nayanthara and the directional debut of Nilesh Krishnaa. The film revolves around a Brahmin woman from Sri Rangam, Trichy. The new trailer shows the life of a woman named Annapoorani, who is ambitious to become the country’s most excellent chef. Due to her parents and their religious beliefs, her dreams are often dismissed.

Storyline

The story revolves around a Brahmin girl, Annapoorani, who wants to become the No. 1 chef in the country. Her dreams are often discouraged by her parents and relatives due to their religious beliefs. The struggles that she faces to achieve her dream are the main crux.

The film will screen in theaters on 1 December 2023.
