Story

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is a government scheme launched with the aim of catering houses to eligible beneficiaries. The scheme implements financial backup in the form of the lowest interest concession on home loans. It can be used by individuals and families but the condition is that the annual income should be up to Rs. 18 lakhs (PMAY -Urban) and 1.5 lakhs (PMAY-Gramin). Only those who meet this criteria are eligible to apply.
