How to Delete Dream11 Account

Follow the steps given below to permanently close the Dream11 account.

1. Open the Dream 11 app and log in to your account (if you have not already).

2. Click on the More option in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3. Locate and select the Helpdesk option.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Contact Us

5. You’ll then be directed to the Help Center page and log in to your account (if asked).

6. Under Submit a Request, click on the box and select Account Suspended.

7. A new page will open with a form, enter the details asked in the form.

• Email: Enter the email ID that you use for Dream11.
• Subject: Type “I want to delete my Dream11 account.
• Under Is your account currently question, select Active.
• Description: Give a valid reason why you’re willing to delete your account permanently.

8. Once you enter all the above-mentioned details click Submit.

The Dream11 team will contact you within 2-3 days by email regarding your account deletion.

Alternate Way to Delete Dream11 Account

To close your Dream11 account permanently, you can compose a mail directly to the Help Desk of Dream11. Follow the steps given below to proceed with the process.

1. On your smartphone or PC, head to Gmail or the Email service of your choice to compose a mail.

2. On the To section, enter [email protected].

3. Here is the format for the delete request.

Dear Dream11
I have a Dream11 account with the name *enter your name according to Dream 11 account*. I want to delete my Dream11 account because *enter your reason*. Kindly delete my Dream11 account.

4. Now, the Dream11 Help Desk will review your request and close your account.

How to Suspend Dream11 Account

If you just want a break from the Dream 11 app, you can suspend the account instead of deleting it permanently. Follow the steps given below to suspend your Dream 11 account.

1. Launch the Dream11 app on your smartphone and log in if necessary.

2. Click on the Avatar icon on the top-left corner of the screen.

3. Select the My Info & Settings option.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Suspend Account.

5. Select the duration of the suspension period, you can choose between 24 Hours or 1 Week.

6. For the specified time, you can use the Dream11 app. But you can’t participate in any paid contests.
