Super Singer is a reality singing competition that has been airing on Star Vijay. In the Super Singer Season 8 in 20201, Abhilash Venkitachalam is one of the participants. He is a passionate and aspiring singer from Trivandrum, Kerala who has participated and performed in various singing, musical competitions, and shows. Though being a Keralite he can potentially sing very well in Tamil and also in Tulu, English, and Hindi.

He has sung in various albums, music videos, independent albums like Kannodu Kannoram, etc. Abhilash is working in Canara Bank and also as a B High-Grade Artiste in All India Radio. Moreover, he is a former participant on the ISS show called Star Singer in Asianet in 2012. He has performed with various legendary singers and music directors in both Tamil and Malayalam. He has a Youtube channel named Abhilash Venkitachalam with over 500 subscribers.
