Dhyan Sreenivasan was born on 20 December 1988 in Thalassery, Kerala, India. He is the younger son of noted Malayalam screenplay writer and actor Sreenivasan. He has a brother named Vineeth Sreenivasan who is a singer, actor and director in the Malayalam cinema. Dhyan married Arpita Sebastian on 7 April 2017. Dhyan dropped out of his engineering course and joined visual communication course to pursue his career in the entertainment industry. His notable films are Kunjiramayanam (2015), Adi Kapyare Kootamani (2015), Ore Mukham (2016), and Goodalochana (2017).
