Tera Kya Hoga Lovely is a social comedy-drama directed by Balwinder Singh Janjua. Randeep Hooda and Ileana D’Cruz are the protagonists, and Karan Kundrra plays the supporting roles. Sony Pictures Films India bankrolled this flick in collaboration with the Movie Tunnel Productions banner. Amit Trivedi composed the songs, while Ketan Sodha did the background scores.

The initial photography for the film began on 29 October 2020. Due to the pandemic and several other issues, the release date got pushed to 2024. The film is about how a person’s complexion and dowry play a major role in Indian culture.

Storyline

The film is about a dark-skinned girl trying to find the right groom to share her life with. Jasmeet is a young woman whom several grooms reject because of her dark skin. Finally, a man accepts the proposal to marry her but wants a dowry. Jasmeet’s parents accept his condition; unfortunately, robbers stole the entire dowry. Lovely, a short-tempered cop, was assigned to find the stolen items. What happens if the dowry is found or lost is the main crux.

OTT

The OTT platform and streaming date for the Tera Kya Hoga Lovely movie are yet to be finalized. Our sources confirm that ZEE5 might acquire the streaming rights. It may take at least a month for the film to stream online from the theatrical release.
