How to Cancel Order in JioMart
JioMart is an online shopping app where you can buy groceries, Home&Kitchen things, apparel, electronics, jewelry, and many more. You can use its official website or mobile app to order products from JioMart. If you have changed your mind and need to cancel your order, you can cancel the order in JioMart in three different ways anytime before the order is dispatched from the supplier end.
How to Cancel Order in JioMart App on Android & iPhone
1. Unlock your Android/iPhone and turn On the mobile data.
2. Launch the JioMart app on your Mobile. If you don’t have the JioMart app, install the app from App Store or Play Store.
3. Once you logged in to your account, hit the Three Horizontal Lines available at the top of the screen.
4. Choose My Orders menu.
5. Under the My Orders section hit the View Details options present on the order status box.
6. Tap the Cancel Order option present at the bottom of the screen.
7. Choose a reason for canceling the order and hit Submit Cancel option.
8. Now go back to the My orders section, and you can see the Cancelled status under the product you have ordered.
How to Cancel an Order on JioMart Website
1. Visit the JioMart official website on any available browser on your device.
2. Tap the Sign In/Sign Up option available at the top of the screen.
3. Provide the registered mobile number enter the OTP received on your mobile and sign in to your account.
3. Tap the Three horizontal lines present on the top of the screen.
4. Click on the Orders option.
5. Hit the Viewdeatils option present near the order you need to cancel.
6. Tap on the View details page and hit the Cancel Order option available on the page.
7. Choose a reason for canceling the order and tap on Submit Cancel option to confirm the cancellation.

How to Cancel a JioMart Order on WhatsApp
You will receive a WhatsApp message from JioMart Shop with a tracking link. Tap on the link, and it will direct you to the My Orders page on the JioMart app. Tap the View details option present near the ordered product you need to cancel hit the Cancel Order option provide a reason for cancellation and hit the Submit Cancel option to cancel the order.
How to Cancel a JioMart Order After Shipment
Once the order on JioMart is shipped to your delivery address, you can’t cancel the order. However, you have the option to place a return request for eligible products and get the refund directly to your bank account.
1. Open the JioMart app or visit its official webpage.
2. Next, sign in to your account.
3. Go to the My Orders section and choose the product you want to return.
4. Hit the Return button and choose the mode of payment where you want to receive the refund amount.
5. Confirm to place your return request.
Once the product is picked up by a delivery partner, your refund will be processed to the source of payment. In case, you paid the order via Cash on Delivery, you will receive your refund in the JioMart wallet.
JioMart Order Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel the order fully or partially anytime before the shipment.
- Cancellation of the order can’t be accepted by the JioMart team if you cancel the order when the product is released from dispatch/ shipped out for your delivery location.
- If you want to cancel the released from dispatch/shipped-out product post receipt of the product, you can raise a return request.

JioMart Order Refund Policy
- Upon cancellation of the order, the JioMart team will refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed.
- For cancellation of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s account through the same mode of payment.
- The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days.

- If the ordered product is not available from the supplier end.
- If the delivery partner is not available for your location.
- An invalid address at the time of placing the order.
- Bulk quantity of the same product ordered.
- Problems with the Revenue and Assurance department.
- Inaccurate or erroneous pricing information.
