Vikraman is a former editor and correspondent for a popular news channel from Chennai. He started his career as Journalist and later joined Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi as a spokesperson. Vikraman did a Net Zero Fellowship at the School of Policy & Governance, Bangalore. He was a participant in the Bigg Boss Tamil Season 6 and finished as second runner-up.
On July 17, 2023, a woman named Kiruba Munusamy a lawyer posted her allegations on Twitter, that Viduthalai Chiruthaigal party spokesperson Vikraman cheated on her. As per reports, Vikraman has cheated on more than 15 women but there is no official statement regarding the reports. Kiruba also mentioned that he has extorted more than 12 lakh rupees from her, but he shared his bank statement as proof that he paid back 12 lakh rupees when he got his Bigg Boss payment.
