Harish Uthaman is an Indian film actor who predominantly works in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. He made his debut in the movie “Thaa” in the year 2010. He played the lead role in the movie “Thaa”. He made his debut as a hero before entering the screens of Pandia Naadu, Meagamann and Gouravam as a Villian. He portrays a strong opposition to the lead in all his movies. He is now featuring in the Cadaver movie starring Amala Paul in the lead role.

Suriya Prabhakaran offered him a lead role in a low budget romantic movie “Thaa”. For the movie, he grew the beard for 5 months and worked hard to tan himself as his role required such work. The movie had a limited released and went unnoticed at the box office. The movie was telecasted in an International fest held at Norway. Harish won an award for the best debutant actor. During the fest, he met Radha Mohan who gave him a negative role in his movie “Gouravam”.

Suriya Prabhakaran introduced him to Suseenthiran who gave him chance to act in the movie “Pandia Naadu”. He portrayed the villain role in the movie but got many appreciations for his role.
