Iconic Tamil Director Mahendran Passes Away

A Film Era Ends! Tamil Ace director J mahendran passes away in Chennai on 02 April 2019. He was undergoing dialysis treatment in Apollo Hospitals from March 27. He was rushed to the ICU and had been on Ventilator. On tuesday morning, his son John Mahendran confirmed his passing on social media.

J Mahendran has directed several memorable films including Mullum Malarum, Uthiri Pookal, Johnny and Nenjathai Killadhey. He was recently turned a actor in Vijay‘s Theri, Vijay Sethupathi’s Seethakaathi, Rajinikanth‘s Petta and Atharvaa starrer Boomerang.
