Gayathri is an Indian model and an actress, who was unfortunately killed in a car accident. She predominantly worked in the Telugu entertainment industry. Gayathri gained public attention for her YouTube videos and her Instagram reels. Gayathri is an eminent personality in the whole South Indian film industry but she lost her life on March 18, 2022, at the festival night of Holi. She met with a car accident when she is returning from a Holi celebration with his friend Mr. Rathod. While driving Rathod lost control of the car hit the road divider and flipped, unfortunately, Miss. Gayathri died on the spot. The official death news of Dolly D Cruz was shared by actress Surekha Vani. She shared her photos with Gayathri along with a caption about losing her best friend.

Gayathri made her acting debut in Telugu Series Madam Sir Madam Anthe which is premiered on an OTT platform called Bingr. After that, she made another series with Youtuber JDV Prasad titled Budget Raghavayya Gari Abbai.
