Siva Shankar Baba is a businessman turned spiritual leader. He is a transport fleet owner by profession and founder of the Madras Institute of Transport Technology. He was in the news after a girl complaint about his wrong activities.

Siva Shankar Baba is a well-established professional with transportation skills and guides government committees with special guest lectures. Apart from professional work, he was interested in religion and spirituality. He was also engaged with traveling, religious activities, and visiting holy places. He became the devote of  Balamurugan Swami of Ratnagiri Temple and guided by his guru.

The alumnus girl gave a complaint that “I was called to a room where the guru, Shiva Shankar Baba, asked me to strip off my clothes. When I refused, he got angry and asked me to go out of the room. Moreover, it continued when I’m pursuing my higher studies” On hearing this Tamil Nadu Child Welfare Committee officers urged the private residential school in Puthupakkam and enquired the authorities.
