Yuvan Shankar Raja got impressed by her performance in Palli Paruvathile and offered a chance to sing in his composition for the movie Pyaar Prema Kadhaal and she made her Telugu debut Naa Nuvve. In 2023, Priya sang Hayyoda song from Jawan movie with Anirudh.
