Vanessa Ponce originally known as Silvia Vanessa Ponce de Leon Sanchez is a Mexican model, and the winner of Miss World 2018 and Miss Mexico 2018. She is the first Mexican to be crowned as Miss World. She has fluency in both English and her mother tongue, Spanish. She is one of the board of directors of a rehab center for girls and women. She supports many non-profit organisations that works for various social causes and changes in society. Vanessa is a speaker at the “National Institute of Youth” in Mexico. She also works for the migrants in certain states of the Mexican Republic.
