Thiravam is a upcoming ZEE5 Tamil web series starring Prasanna, Indhuja, Swathista Krishnan, John Vijay and Kaali Venkat. Thiravam revolves around the life of a small-time scientist who have invented a herbal fuel that will change the petroleum industry, thereby posing a threat to dominant oil-rich countries. Going through trailer, it seems that the series is inspired by the life of P Ramar Pillai, a school drop-out hailing from a village in Virudhunagar district in Tamil Nadu.
