WhatsApp won’t work on these Phones from 2020 | List of Whatsapp Supported Devices
Whatsapp is no more for the bunch of smartphone devices. According to the WhatsApp FAQ section, the most popular chatting app will completely stop working on some older versions of Android and iOS from February 2020. Also, it will stop working on all Windows Phones from 31 December 2019. That means, if your phone is running on an outdated OS, you won’t be able to use WhatsApp from early next year. Here we have listed the phones that will not support the messaging app,
- Android phones running with versions 2.3.7 or older
- iPhones with iOS 8 or older
- All Windows OS phones
Here is the complete list of updated devices where Whatsapp work without any issues,
- Android with OS 4.0.3+
- iPhone with iOS 9+
- Select phones running KaiOS 2.5.1+, including JioPhone and JioPhone 2
However, the instant messaging app constantly improving its services with new features as it has more than 1.5 billion users across all platforms.
