Wajid Khan is a music director, singer and guitarist. He usually composes songs along with his brother Sajid Khan. Sajid-Wajid pair was one of the famous music composers in Bollywood industry. Wajid is a son of famous tabla player Ustad Sharafat Khan, who is also the guru for both brothers. Sajid- Wajid duo started their composition with the Salman Khan’s movie Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya in the year 1998.

Along with movies, he also composed music for the shows Bigg Boss Season 4 & 5 and IPL 4 theme song “Dhoom Dhoom Dhoom Dhadaka”. He also judged a singing reality show “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” with Shekhar Ravjiani and Sona Mahapatra. Wajid is one of the contestants of Salman Khan hosting show Bigg Boss Hindi Season 13.
