Venustraphobia Disease, Symptoms, Causes, Treatment

Venustraphobia is a very common mental disorder for men. The patient experience un-necessary fear when he saw a women who looks beautiful, according to his point of view. Those guys feels very uncomfortable to speak, reply or stand with beautiful women. Venustraphobia is a branch of social anxiety disorder or social phobia disorder. It is a non communicable disease. However it can be spread from parent to children via gene.

It is not right to consider both Venustrophobia and shyness as same. Shyness is very common feel for most youth men when he try to speak some casual words with youth women. Those shyness are absolutely normal. Those shyness become Venustrophobia only when the men feels extreme fear, even to ask emergency help or abundant rights from women who looks beautiful for him.

Symptoms

Let’s see some common symptoms of Venustraphobia,

• Anxity
• Sweating
• Rapid heart beat.
• Stomach upset.
• Abnormal pulse rate.
• Stage fear.
• Panic attack (rare).
• Trembling (rare).

Causes

• Inferiority complex: It is the main reason for this disorder. The patient considered himself as his physical appearance is not looking well and degrade himself as he does not have qualification to speak to a women who looks beautiful for him. For example a dusky or drop head guy feels hard to speak with good looking women.
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Some OCD patients reported that they experienced this kind of disorder. In other words, OCD patients having risk of Venustrophobia.
• Serotonin Deficiency: Serotonin is a Tryptophan based hormone which was secreted in human brain. This hormone plays a vital role to ensure relax able and happy mindset for human. Those who have insufficient serotonin secretion in brain, are having high risk of developing Venustrophobia.
• Unnecessary guilty feeling: In this modern world, the youth men and women having full freedom to feel free to speak with each other and even they can fall in love with each other. Of course this is not a punishable sin. But some dominant backward thinkers made the society’s infrastructure to consider that normal incident as sin.
  • Unfortunate matter is even some school teachers does not allow male and female students to communicate with each others. An ordinary youth men who living inside such kind of society may feel guilt, fear and shy to speak with his equal aged women so this is called as Venustrophobia.

Treatment

First of all Venustrobhobia patients should not be projected as wrong person it may decrease his treatment progression. The person who experience above symptoms are strongly recommended to consult a certified psychiatrist without any delay.

• Medication: This anxiety disorder can be easily curable with drugs which are boosting serotonin hormone. But the main challenge is this the patient should take the drug properly as per psychiatrist advice without any single time skip.
• Aerobic exercises: This kind of exercises (jogging, walking, swimming, bicycling etc.,) having proven effect in treating the disease. The patient should do any kind of aerobic exercise for 30 minutes per day in morning. Aerobic exercise helps to increase level of serotonin hormone in brain naturally. That hormone is the main enemy for anxiety related disorders.
• Communication development training: It is the best and direct method to eradicate Venustraphobia from most people. The patient may experience uncomfortable in initial stage of training, but the issue will gone away in future.
