Upasana was born in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. After completing her graduation, She joined IBM India Private Limited. Later she participated in Miss India Asia competition and won the title as well. She was into modeling and got an opportunity to act in Kannada movie “Colours In Bangalore“. Apart from movies, She is also part of Ad Agency in which she is modeling for few brands such as The Chennai Silks.

Villa to Village is a Village reality show which is getting telecasted in Star Vijay TV. The show features 12 ultra-modern city living girls who are taken to a rural village where there is no contact with the outer world. They are left there without any money. These girls should lead a village life and at the end of 45 days, one girl will be crowned the winner.
