1. LuLu International Shopping Mall
In India, LuLu International Shopping Mall is the second largest shopping mall which is located in Kochi, Kerela. The Mall spans 17 acres and with a total built-up area of 2.5 million square feet. It is the 98th-largest shopping mall for a retail place in the world with 1.7 million square feet area. The mall was inaugurated in March 2013. There are more than 215 outlets, covering food courts, a multiplex, restaurants, family entertainment zones, ice skating rink and bowling alley. The budgeted cost for this project is more than ₹16 billion. Lulu group manages an extensive business in retail, hospitality, real estate, etc.
Lulu Mall in Kochi was their beginning retail venture in India. Lulu group has planned to construct malls in Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The second giant mall is under construction in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
2. Select Citywalk
Select Citywalk is a shopping mall which is located in the Saket District Centre, in Saket, New Delhi. The Mall covers 1,300,000 sq ft retail development is spread over 6 acres and includes a 4 km distance long multiplex, offices, serviced apartments, and public spaces.
Select Infrastructure had developed Select Citywalk Mall, a joint investment between the Select group and the Aarone Group. It was inaugurated to the public in October 2007.
3. Elante Mall
Elante Mall is the second largest shopping mall in Northern India and the eleventh largest in India. This is a shopping mall which located in the city of Chandigarh in India.
It covers the gross leasable area of 1,150,000 sq ft. Elante also covers the span of 20 acres of area. Elante is a part estate development project by Laursen & Toubro.
4. Phoenix Market City
Phoenix Market City is the Largest shopping mall in the city which developed by Phoenix Mills Limited located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
This Phoenix Market also located in Mumbai which is also the biggest mall in India. It was inaugurated in January 2013.

5. Fun Republic
The Fun Republic Mall is one of the largest shopping malls which is located in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Built-up area is more than 970,000 square feet that cover. Zee Group had built in the mid-2000s at a cost estimated at Rs 800 million. It contains retail outlets, gaming zone, cinema, food court and 60-room boutique hotel.
Parking area for mall covers about 550 cars and average footfall of 25,000 to 28,000 on weekdays and 37,000 to 40,000 on weekends.
