Thuppakki Munai is an upcoming Tamil movie written and directed by Dinesh Selvaraj, former assistant to Mani Ratnam. Produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu, Thuppakki Munai movie features Vikram Prabhu in the lead role along with Hansika Motwani. Said to be an action thriller, L. V. Muthu Ganesh composed the music and background score for this movie. Rasamathi handled the DOP work and Bhuvan Srinivasan handled the editing work for this action thriller. Thuppakki Munai Review

Vikram Prabhu impresses us by playing an angry young man, an encounter specialist Birla Bose in Thuppakki Munai. Director Dinesh Selvaraj has conveyed a relevant social message on child abuse and se*ual exploitation against women.

Overall the film is a complete thriller. But it is predictable and fails to connect with an audience.
