Surendra Singh Bishnoi is a Deputy Superintendent of Police who served in the Tawadu (Mewat), Haryana District. The officer was found dead when he had gone to investigate an instance of illegal mining in Nuh. The higher officials rushed to the spot and investigations is underway to apprehend the accused.
According to sources, DSP Surendra Singh Bishnoi arrived at Pachgaon under the Sadar police station area at around 11.30 am to stop the truck illegally carrying stones. While Surendra Singh tried to stop the truck, the driver ran over him and escaped. The cop died on the spot.
Ashok Manju, a younger brother of DSP said “I spoke with him today only. He was retiring this year. He has two children,”.
