Super Singer is the most-watched singing contest on Vijay TV. After a successful 9 seasons, the reality show is stepping into its 10th series (senior) now. The promo for the 10th season was released online and boosted the hype among song lovers. Vijaya Kumar Vivekanandan is the director of the show. Like the previous season, Ma Ka Pa Anand and Priyanka Deshpande will be hosting the show. Anuradha Sriram, Sean Roldan, Mano, and Sujatha Mohan are the judges of this show. If it’s anything like previous seasons, the Judge panel might change in mid-season. Unni Krishnan, KS Chithra, and Benny Dayal are most likely the show’s alternate judges. The audition for this show started on 18th September 2023 in different regions of Tamil Nadu, such as Chennai, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Pollachi, Namakkal, and more. Several precious are to participate in this season.
The show began with a grand launch episode on December 16, 2023. Former contestants of Super Singer Senior and Junior, Aruna Ravindran, Nithyashree Venkataraman, KJ Iyenar, and Prasanna Adhisesha, are the launch episode’s special guests. However, based on the promo release and other shows, the new season of Super Singer might air in early 2024. Also, Disney Plus Hotstar acquired the OTT streaming rights to this reality TV Show. Objective
The top 20 contestants will participate in this show. Every 2 to 3 weeks, one of the contestants will be eliminated according to their performance and public voting. The contestant with the best scores and talent will sent to the finals. Among the top eight contestants, a winner will be chosen.
