Sreeja Sethupathi is the daughter of famous Kollywood actor Vijay Sethupathi and his wife Jessy Sethupathi. Sreeja made her acting debut in Tamil web film Mugizh alongside Regina Cassandra and Vijay Sethupathi. She has a brother named Surya Sethupathi who played the younger version of Vijay Sethupathi in the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan. In the movie Sindhubaadh, his dad Vijay Sethupathi and brother Surya Sethupathi together played the role of petty thieves.
