Sita Narayan was born in New Delhi, India. Sita Narayan family is now residing in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, other details of her family will be updated soon. She did her schooling in HGS Bhimtal School and SOS Hermann Gmeiner School, Bhimtal and she did her graduation in Dalhousie Hill Top, college and university, Dalhousie. In the beginning, she started her career as a model, where she appeared in numerous television commercials and in the Product launches like Parle G, Santoor Shampoo, TVC and Food Food’s Promo Shoot. Then she featured in the commercials like Sarees and Bridal Wear. She has also appeared as a part of television shows like Emotional Atyachaar and Yeh Hai Aashiqui on Bindass channel. In the year 2014, she appeared as a part of Channel V show’s promo shoot of Yeh Jawaani Ta Ra Ri Ri.

In the year 2015, she got an opportunity to appear in an audition for a Telugu movie. This marked her entry into the Tollywood film industry and she said that language is not a barrier. She made her debut movie Raam NRI in this movie she appeared opposite to Ali Reza and the movie was directed by N. Lakshmi Nanda in the year 2016 which is the Telugu romantic movie.
