Kollywood fans are excited to watch STR and Keerthy Suresh together.

The latest buzz is that Simbu and Keerthy Suresh might be paired for a new film helmed by Sudha Kongara. After Soorarai Pottru, the national award-winning director Sudha Kongara became one of the Tier 1 directors in the Kollywood industry. She currently helming a remake version of Soorarari Pottru in Hindi which features Akshay Kumar in the lead. Moreover, the collaboration of Silambarasan Keerthy Suresh creates much hype among fans and movie lovers. It is also touted that the film was bankrolled by KGF makers Hombale Films.

Simbu (STR) aka Silambarasan TR, is currently shooting for his gangster film Pathu Thala and he also signed for the sequel of the blockbuster film VTK (Part 2) directed by Gautham Menon. Actress Keerthy Suresh who turns 30 today, is a part of an ongoing rural epic, Dasara, which features Nani in the prominent role.
