Shweta Pandit Details

Shweta Pandit was born on 7 July 1986, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Shweta Pandit family is now residing in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and her father name is Vishwaraj Pandit and her mother name is Swarna Pandit. Moreover, she is the grand-niece of Indian classical vocalist and Padma Vibhushan awardee, Pandit Jasraj. She recorded songs in various Telugu and Tamil film and also in other Indian languages. At the age of 4, Shweta Pandit worked with the great legendary Indian Composer Ilayaraja for the award-winning film Anjali, and it was also re-recorded in Hindi. Moreover, she also dubbed for the lead role in the film in Hindi. Shweta Pandit husband name is Ivano Fucci who is an Italian producer and they both got married on 25 July 2016 and they were currently living in Mumbai, India. Then she has a breakthrough with Yash Raj Films and Aditya Chopra’s Mohabbatein in the year 2000 with that she has sung five songs at the age of 12. Then she made her debut record album Main Zindagi Hoon that released at the age of 16  with EMI Virgin Records, India, which has made her a youngest Indian Popstar. She sang her first Tamil song for the movie Vettai and the song was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, and also for Billa II and also for Aadhi Bhagavan and get her a finest reviews for her songs.

She made her first reality show as a playback singer in the year 2008, Mission Ustaad on the Channel 9x, and it was produced by the United Nations and judged by A. R. Rahman and Javed Akhtar. Moreover, she also hosted and presented a television singing reality show named Asia’s Singing Superstar in the year 2016 along with Pakistani actor Ahsan Khan which is telecasted in Dubai, Pakistan and several Asian countries and the show was judged by Shankar Mahadevan and Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan on ZEE TV and GEO TV. Then she becomes a part of lead vocals for Best Music Oscar Winner, A R Rahman’s Jai Ho Journey Home Concert – World Tour. Shweta Pandit Productions has also released the debut album for her sister Shraddha Pandit’s Teri Heer in October 2008, along with Sony Music India. Then she acted in the movie David and the movie is directed by Bejoy Nambiar. Her first acting role in 3 Indian languages, she appeared along with Neil Mukesh, Chiyaan Vikram, Jiiva, Lara Dutta, Tabu and Naasar. Moreover, she has also acted with Anil Kapoor in television serial 24, which is directed by Abhiney Deo on Colors channel.
