She became famous among audience after she works in the film She Taxi. Her performance was applauded by the critics. Following that movie, she was roped in for the Mohanlal movie Kanal, produced by her husband Abraham Mathew, which was a revenge thriller. She has acted in the hit movie Puthiya Niyamam alongside Mammootty and Nayanthara.
