Shariq Hassan is an Indian Actor who works in Tamil film industry. He is the son of popular south Indian actors Riyaz Khan and Uma Riyaz. He made his acting debut in the 2016 Tamil mystery thriller film Pencil alongside G. V. Prakash Kumar and Sri Divya. The film was written and directed by Mani Nagaraj and produced by S. P. Ragavesh. Shariq Hassan is reportedly getting some offers and he is preparing for a solo hero role soon in Kollywood Town. Shariq Hassan was born on 10 October 1999 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His father Riyaz Khan is a versatile actor, who mostly works in Malayalam and Tamil film industry. He has also acted in some Telugu and Kannada language films, as well as one Hindi film. His Mother Uma is also a film actress who mostly works in Tamil film and television industry. Shariq Hassan is the grandson of actress Kamala Kamesh. He has a brother named Shamshad who has acted in a children’s film called Suttapazhamum Sudathapazhamum. Shariq completed his schooling at A.V. Meiyappan Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is located in Chennai. He was very interested in photography and football. Shariq Hassan made his acting debut in the film Pencil and his performances were applauded by the critics.
