Shamita Shetty is an Indian actress and model who primarily works in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil movies. Before her acting career, she worked as an Interior Designer. Shamita’s debut movie is Mohabbatein (2000) which received the IIFA Award for Female Star Debut of the Year. She also participated in the stunt-based TV show Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 (2019) and became one of the finalists. She also participated in reality shows like Bigg Boss OTT (2021) and Bigg Boss 15 (2021-2022). Shamita did a prominent role in The Tenant (2023) Hindi movie.
