Shalu Shamu is a movie actress who works in the Kollywood film industry. She started her career as a supporting actress with the 2013 rural comedy-drama Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam featuring Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role. She did a key role in the upcoming horror drama, Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu 2 (Irandam Kuththu) alongside Santhosh P Jayakumar. Shalu Shamu is one of the expected contestants in Star Vijay TV’s popular reality show Bigg Boss Tamil 4 hosted by Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan.

Shalu Shamu acted with some of the popular actors like Atharvaa, Ashok Selvan, Sivakarthikeyan, Vikram Prabhu, Vijay Sethupathi, and Sathish. Shalu Shamu starred in some of the familiar Tamil movies like Tamizhuku En Ondrai Azhuthavum and Rekka. Her role in the movie “Thiruttu Payale 2,” was praised by the critics.
