He not only appears in Tamil films he also appeared other south Indian movies like Telugu and Malayalam film as well. He made his debut movie in Tamil titles Khusi which is directed by Director S.J. Suriya in this movie he appeared cameo role in the year 200. Then he appeared in the movie 12B in a lead along with actress Joythika which has reached a commercial success. Actor Shaam was born on 4 April 1977 in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Shaam family is now is now residing in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and other details will be updated soon. His schooling and graduation details will be updated. Once after he completed his graduation he started his modelling career, he also hoped that it is a gateway for his acting career. As a model Shaam appeared in various ads in Bengaluru. Moreover, he is very much keen on pursuing his acting career, with that, he is vainly searching for acting offers for more than four years. Then by following the recommendation of his model coordinator Biju Jayadevan, he met the Cinematographer Jeeva who is planning to make his directorial debut, where he is looking for a new face for the film in a lead role.

Later he appeared in the movie 12B and subsequently he appeared in a various movie in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu. Then in the same year Hey! Nee Romba Azhaga Irukke was also subsequently released. Then he made his debut Kannada movie Tananam Tananam in the year 2006. Shaam has three brothers and two sisters. Shaam wife name is Kashish who is Punjabi girl and she is his college mate. Then this couple has a daughter named Samaira.
