The “Semma Weightu” track starts with the particular tempo, and the tune tries hard to sustain interest. The English words like ‘United and Slum‘ pop out of nowhere in the middle of the rap portion which was constructed in Tamil ill that point, it sounds so out of place. It is clear that track is bound to create so many mashups, cover versions, Youtube views, etc., Rajinikanth’s electrifying screen presence and repeated listening might just do the trick here.

Verdict: Lightweight track for Superstar Rajinikanth carries mixed audience response!
