Saloon is an upcoming comedy-drama directed by Muthukumaran of Dharmaprabhu. Mirchi Shiva is the protagonist, while Yogi Babu and Sanjana Singh play supporting roles. Inder Kumar produced this flick under the Redhan The Cinema People banner. Sam CS of Vikram Vedha fame composed the songs and background scores.

The makers released the funky and comedy Mayir song on February 29, 2024. The song received good reviews, and it became one of the trending music on YouTube. Saregama India Limited and A RPSG Group Company acquired the musical rights.
