Rangoli Chandel is a manager and the only sister of renowned Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut. Rangoli worked in the film Gangster (2006). In 2011, Rangoli Chandel married Ajay Chandel who is working in an American company Hewitt Associates. Ajay and Rangoli have a cute baby girl. She is also known as Rangoli Ranaut.

• Rangoli Chandel is a victim of an acid attack. In 2006, Rangoli was pursuing her college studies and a person named Avinash fell in love with Rangoli. Avinash proposed to Rangoli but she refused to accept his proposal. Avinash got angry on her and made a plan with his friend Prem Singh (courier boy) to take revenge through an acid attack on Rangoli Chandel. Prem Singh visited Rangoli’s house proclaimed himself as a courier service boy and he asked Rangoli’s friend Vijaya to call Rangoli to receive a package. When Rangoli came to receive the package from Prem Singh, he suddenly threw acid on her face. Unfortunately, Rangoli was severely affected by the acid strike. Even her friend Vijaya also slightly exposed by acid. Rangoli took 10+ surgery on her face to recover from the acid attack. Meanwhile, culprits Avinash and Prem Singh were arrested.
• In early July 2019, there was a tweet controversy happened between actress Taapsee Pannu and Rangoli. Kangana Ranaut staring Judgemental Hai Kya trailer got a lot of appreciation on Twitter. Taapsee retweeted the trailer to show her support and appreciated the film but she did not mention any name including Kangana on her tweet. This triggered Rangoli and she took to twitter and insulted Taapsee. This doesn’t stop here, she almost abused everyone who didn’t mention Kangana’s name on their tweets.
• She is a vegetarian turned non vegetarian and loves to consume organic foods.
• Rangoli is four years elder than Kangana.
