In 2001, Ramona made her Bollywood debut in the movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham alongside renowned actors Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh, Hrithik Roshan, Khan Kajol, and Kareena Kapoor. Hey Ya is her first featured music video song sung by Sarosh Sami.

As an RJ, she works for All India Radio. As a music composer, she debuted in the Bollywood movie Roar. She also worked in leading television channels like SONY SIX, ESPN, TIMES NOW, MTV etc., Furthermore Ramona has featured in several live shows and Youtube channels.
