Ramesh Thilak is an Indian actor and a Radio Jockey who is currently acting in Tamil and Malayalam cinema industry. He rose to fame for his role in the Soodhu Kavvum movie. He acted as a kidnapper in the movie. Another movie which made him famous was “Neram” in which he acted as a thief. Neram was released both in Tamil and Malayalam starring Nivin Pauly in the lead role. Ramesh played a major role in the bilingual movie Kanam starring Sharwanand in the lead role. It is titled Oke Oka Jeevitham.
He completed his graduation in the field of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Madras. He started his career as a Radio Jockey with Suryan FM and he was fondly called as Thillu Mullu at the FM station.
His first breakthrough was in the movie “Soodhu Kavvum” in which he played the role of a kidnapper followed by the role of a thief in the movie “Neram“. After these, he is acting in movies in the supporting role. Kakka Muttai was the movie which again credited his role and he is also known as “Kakka Muttai Ramesh“. His role along with Yogi Babu was much appreciated by critics and public in the movie Kakka Muttai.
