Rajendran Mani is an Indian bodybuilder and former Indian Air Force soldier, who hails from Tamil Nadu, Chennai. He won his first national championship in 2009 and awarded as Mr Asia 2009. He also won the first place in the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship held at Hungary in the men’s 90 kg category on 17 November 2013. Rajendran Mani Early Life and Career

Rajendran Mani was born in 1974 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His father was a boxer which made him inspire to build his body. He has a son who is also a body building champion. He started his training when he was 10 years old by joining in a gym as a cleaner. He has a great passion for fitness and he learned how to do gymnastics at his teenage. Rajendran Mani has four brothers and a sister. He loves to spend his leisure with his pigeon. During his teenage, he never went outing with his friends, whenever he gets time, he used to practice at the gym. His hard work made him win more titles and now he is considered one of the greats bodybuilders of India.

Rajendran Mani served for Indian Air Force for nearly 15 years. He won the first championship in the year 2002. He won his first national championship in 2009, where he was awarded as Mr. Asia 2009. In the year 2013, he won the title World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship held at Hungary in the men’s 90 kg category. In 2016, he won Mr. World and Mr. Asia and in the following year, he again won the title, Mr. India. Rajendran Mani was titled Mr. INDIA Champions of Champion 13 times, Mr Asia 3 times, Mr. World 2 times, and Mr. Indian Services Champion 12 times. Moreover, he has also earned the nickname “THE INDIAN HULK.” Rajendran Mani has also won four overall titles in the year of 2005, 2008, 2012 and 2016. In the past 52 years, he is the only person who has won the Championship title at the heavy category of 100 kg from Tamil Nadu.
