Rahul was born on 2 March 1991. He was born in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. His father’s name is Pranav Kumar Pandey and his mother’s name is Suchitra Singh. Rahul Tripathi made his first-class debut in the 2012-13 Ranji season. In his 26 first-class matches, he scored 3 centuries and his 50 over and 20 over also didn’t boast much as well. In the 2017 IPL Auction, Rahul was bought by Rising Pune Super Giants for a base price of 10 Lakhs.

Rising Pune Super Giants after buying Rahul promoted him up the order. Rahul didn’t want to waste his opportunity. He utilized the IPL for the maximum and left everyone in shock. He played a total of 14 innings last year and he scored more than 30 seven times. One of the best innings is against Kolkata Knight Riders where he scored 93 of just 52 balls. After a fabulous season in IPL 10, Rahul was taken by Rajasthan Royals team for 3.40 Crore for 2018 IPL.
